If you need help with an order or want to reach the VelionBoost team, use the channels below. We operate as an outsourcing/intermediary company: operational coordination is handled primarily in Discord, while formal requests can be sent by email.

1) Discord — primary support & order coordination

  • All operational communication with your assigned Executor (Booster) happens in a private Discord order channel.
  • You will receive an invite link when your order is created. If your invite expired or you need a new one, contact us by email (see below) and include your Order ID.
  • For urgent issues (access problems, scheduling, progress clarifications), please write in your order channel first — this is the fastest way to resolve them.

2) Email — formal requests & escalations

For refunds, arbitration, legal or privacy requests, partnerships:

What to include

  • Your Order ID and account email/nickname on VelionBoost
  • Game & service type
  • Short description of the matter (issue, question, refund/arbitration)
  • Evidence if applicable (screenshots, chat excerpts, timestamps)

Response times

We prioritize active order issues reported in Discord. Formal email requests are typically reviewed within 24–48 hours (business days), complex arbitration cases within 3–5 business days.

Security & privacy tips

  • Never share payment card numbers or CVV with anyone — VelionBoost does not process payments directly.
  • Share game account credentials only inside your private order channel and only when required for the service. Avoid posting credentials in public places.
  • Executors are independent contractors. Do not reuse the same password elsewhere; enable 2FA where supported and change passwords after service completion.
