VelionBoost operates as an outsourcing and intermediary company. We do not sell goods or in-game currency and do not execute services ourselves. We coordinate customer orders with independent contractors (“Executors/Boosters”) who perform the requested services.

Operational communication and order coordination take place primarily in our official Discord (private order channels). Formal inquiries, refund/arbitration requests, and legal/privacy matters can be sent to velionboost@gmail.com.

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers (e.g., WayForPay, PayPal). VelionBoost does not process or store full payment card details. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Executors are independent third parties (not employees, partners, or agents of VelionBoost). VelionBoost is not a party to the performance contract between Customer and Executor and does not assume liability for Executors’ actions or outcomes. We facilitate dispute resolution on the Platform in accordance with our policies.

VelionBoost is not affiliated with any game publisher or developer. All trademarks and game assets belong to their respective owners. Users are responsible for complying with the terms of the games they play; VelionBoost cannot be held responsible for penalties applied by game publishers.
