This Privacy Policy explains how VelionBoost (“VelionBoost”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit or use our platform https://velionboost.com.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy. VelionBoost is committed to handling all personal data responsibly and transparently.

1. General Information

VelionBoost operates as an outsourcing and intermediary company. We do not provide in-game or account-related services directly; instead, we connect Customers with independent contractors (“Executors” or “Boosters”) who perform the tasks. We process only the data required to manage orders and communication.

VelionBoost, registered in Ukraine, acts as the data controller for information collected via our platform.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information provided directly by you

Account details: email address, nickname, and a hashed version of your password stored securely within the VelionBoost system for account access and identification. We never store passwords in plain text.
Order information: order ID, service type, and any relevant in-game details provided voluntarily by the Customer for order fulfillment.
Payment data: partial card or wallet identifiers processed via certified third-party payment gateways. VelionBoost does not store or access full card numbers, CVV, or billing details.
Communication data: messages exchanged through the official VelionBoost Discord server or via our support email.

2.2 Information collected automatically

IP address and basic browser/device information (for security monitoring).
Date and time of registration, login, and order placement.
Aggregated website analytics data (via Google Analytics).

3. Use of Personal Data

Your data is processed exclusively to:

Register and manage your account.
Coordinate orders between Customers and independent Executors.
Provide customer support through Discord or email.
Receive and reconcile payment status notifications from certified third-party payment providers and perform platform-level fraud prevention.
Comply with applicable laws and resolve disputes.

Once an order is accepted and assigned to an Executor, VelionBoost acts solely as an intermediary. We do not access, monitor, or retain any in-game data or credentials shared directly between the Customer and the Executor.

We do not sell or lease your data to third parties. Limited personal data may be shared with Executors and payment providers solely to complete your order.

4. Data Security

VelionBoost applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, alteration, or loss. All stored passwords are securely hashed using modern cryptographic algorithms. We never store or have access to plain-text passwords or payment credentials.

Access to data within the VelionBoost platform is limited to technical operations necessary for system maintenance and account functionality. We aim to prevent unauthorized access and ensure data integrity.

Executors (Boosters) are fully independent third parties. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of VelionBoost. We do not supervise or control their actions and cannot be held liable for any misuse, unauthorized disclosure, or data loss resulting from their behavior or from communication between a Customer and an Executor.

By using the platform and voluntarily sharing information required for order completion, Customers acknowledge and accept the potential risks associated with sharing such information with independent Executors.

5. Communication

All operational communication between Customers, Executors, and the VelionBoost team is conducted exclusively through the official VelionBoost Discord server.

Legal inquiries, complaints, and data protection requests must be sent by email to velionboost@gmail.com.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill operational, legal, and accounting obligations. In general, account and order data is stored for up to 6 years after the completion of the last order.

7. Children’s Privacy

VelionBoost’s services are intended solely for adult users (18+) or those who have reached the legal age of majority in their country. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from minors.

VelionBoost explicitly does not support, encourage, or condone the use of its platform by underage individuals, especially in violation of game publishers’ age restrictions. If we become aware that personal data has been submitted by a minor, such data will be permanently deleted.

VelionBoost bears no liability for any cases where minors provide false information or gain access through parental or third-party accounts.

8. Third-Party Services

We use third-party technologies and infrastructure necessary for operations, including:

Google Analytics (website traffic analysis)
Discord (communication and order coordination)
WayForPay, PayPal, and other certified payment providers (transaction processing)

These entities process limited user data under their respective privacy policies. VelionBoost is not a payment processor and receives only non-sensitive transaction status metadata from payment providers; we do not store or access customers’ billing details or payment credentials.

Where data is transferred outside your jurisdiction, we take reasonable measures to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Request access to your personal data.
Request correction or deletion of your information.
Withdraw consent for processing (where applicable).
Object to or restrict processing in specific cases.
Lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority in Ukraine.

VelionBoost does not engage in automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

10. Changes to This Policy

VelionBoost may modify this Privacy Policy periodically. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new “Last updated” date. Material updates will be communicated via Discord or email.
