About VelionBoost
VelionBoost is an outsourcing & intermediary platform for game assistance. We don’t perform boosts ourselves — we connect Customers with independent Executors (Boosters), coordinate the process in Discord, and handle support and dispute resolution.
Our Mission
Make game assistance transparent, safe, and convenient by coordinating skilled independent Executors and providing clear policies for payments, privacy, and refunds.
What We (Don’t) Do
We coordinate orders and communication — we do not execute services ourselves and we do not sell goods or in-game currency. Executors act as independent contractors.

A private Discord channel is created for updates and quick questions.

Completion & feedback
Confirm delivery, share feedback, and request support if needed.
Safety & Privacy
- Account credentials are shared only in your private Discord order channel, if required.
- We store only email, login, and password hash. We never store plain-text passwords.
- Payments are processed by WayForPay / PayPal; we don’t store full card data.
- Executors are independent; we don’t control how they perform work. Change your game password after completion.

Disputes & Refunds
- Start with your Discord order channel — it’s the fastest path to resolve issues.
- If unresolved, open a ticket with VelionBoost Support for review/arbitration.
- Refunds follow our two-step flow (balance → original payment method).
